How user solves situation currently:
"Currently I deal with this problem by doing this..."
My proposed solution:
"How about we try doing this..."
The Current result the user gets:
"Currently it wastes my time, makes me frustrated, erases my data, etc..."
The result my proposed solution gets after I test it
I'd compare it to the current result and see if it improved it
